We are thrilled to announce that Strata has received SEBI approval to launch our SM REIT.
As per regulations, the ‘Strata’ identity will be used exclusively for SM REITs; hence, we are pleased to announce a new identity for our current platform. Strata will now operate as Everstrat.

What’s Changing?
- New Website and Platforms:
- New Website: everstrat.in
- New Investor Portal: investor-fop.everstrat.in
- New App → The Strata app will rebrand to Everstrat
- Communication Updates:
- SMS: SMS messages for OTPs will be sent from a new handle
- Whatsapp: We will temporarily stop Whatsapp communications
- Emails: Future emails and updates will be sent from @everstrat.in email addresses
- Support: Investors can reach our client services team via support@everstrat.in
- Updated platforms:
The Strata prop website, investor portal, and app will be updated as follows -
• Website: everstrat.in
• Investor portal: fop-investor.everstrat.in
• App: The app will be updated to the Everstrat identity
When Will This Happen?
The rebrand will take effect from 9th January, 5 PM IST and 11th January, 12 PM IST. During the transition, you may still receive communications from Strata handles, but rest assured, we are working to ensure a seamless shift.
